A One bedroom hayloft conversion on the upper floor. All rooms have co-ordinating soft furnishings.

Approach the property by an open staircase with a landing area offering views across the courtyard, stream, communal garden and the vast fields beyond.

Enter through the main door into a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools where you can eat breakfast watching the resident Kingfisher catching his own breakfast from the stream.

The lounge has a wood burner, armchair and comfortable leather sofa. The bedroom has a double bed, ample storage facilities and an ensuite shower room.

The windows offer pleasant views across rural open countryside.

There is an area of garden for your own private use.
